塔望科技研發(fā)的無創(chuàng)無束縛鼠肺功能WBP全身體積描記系統(tǒng)whole-body plethysmograph,WBP可對清醒自由活動動物呼吸參數(shù)進行測量,如呼吸頻率,潮氣量,氣道高反應性測試(Airway hyperresponsiveness,AHR等。測試過程中,動物可以處于清醒自由狀態(tài),避免了創(chuàng)傷性氣管切開及麻醉的影響,使實驗過程更加簡便,用于呼吸系統(tǒng)模型動物對藥物等反應性研究,呼吸性藥物的藥理和毒理學研究,特別適合于大批量動物快速初篩試驗,適合長期跟蹤研究和重復性篩查。
